418 Miles
Just 418 miles, 5 states (or districts), and about $900 worth of gas separates the PWL All Star team from their appointed rounds in the greatest slow-pitch Wiffleball tournament in the world.
Of the 85 teams competing, we are not the team coming the farthest. There are teams from Nebraska and Massachusetts.
However, we are the team with the most drive to win this tournament. After our inaugural tournament last year was rained out, just as we were entering the second round of the double-elimination tournament as a 6th seed, the Nationals have been waiting for this all year.
Friday morning the team, with upgraded pitching and more power at the plate, rolls out to Ohio. You can follow their travels on the website and watch live updates from the games.

Maybe the stats can be the final judge on whether the pitching was upgraded or not.
