Week 7 (Sp10): What Lightning? Bats are Plastic
Week 7 almost ended before the downpour and 40 mile per hour gusts. But, enough about Tony Ragano’s pitching, the weather turned bad for the late games too.
We were able to get in all the games though, and without a tiebreaker, we know who is going to the playoffs:
- DCS: #4 Clubber Lang at #1 Scared Hitless
- DCS: #3 Brosephorous Rex at #2 Blandsford Barnburners
The two Division Championship Series will be played SATURDAY, June 12, and the World Series will be Sunday, June 13.
It was kind of a wild, wacky end. We had another guy hit for the cycle, TWICE IN THE SAME GAME. Yeah, Cycle 2. We had another perfect game, and the 4th and 5th home runs by a female player in league history…by the same girl, in the same game. Tony Ragano blew his scoreless inning streak, and the Barnburners lost another game. (Remember when they used to be good?)
